Is there a minimum number of hours I need to buy?
We offer hours’ buckets. Usually, maintenance work spans to nearly 10 hours a week, so you can buy 40 hours for a month. Since we deploy our expert personnel to your project, you need to purchase a minimum of 5hours.
Can I use my leftover time in another month?
When you avail our maintenance packages, you can use the total number of hours in your scope of project for 1 year, at the end of which the remaining time lapses.
What is your pricing structure?
You can avail our maintenance packages starting at $40 per hour.You can discuss your requirements with our sales team and they will help you determine the number of hours you need to buy based on your work.
How can I communicate with you?
You can communicate with your dedicated account manager using email, Skype or even Whatsapp. Not only this, they are always available for video calls.
What is your average response time?
We typically get back to you within 8hrs (except on weekends). In case you have a requirement that needs urgent attention, we can get it fixed within a short time period. You can get support on weekend incurring additional charges.
