We also made sure the website we upgraded adapts to the smaller screen sizes and website copy. Images will automatically resize and reflow as per the user's screen size. We also worked on the currency and language problem. For that, we gave them a currency and language switcher upgrade from ML Veda to Lang Shop with IP-based customization and added Swedish and German languages to the sandbox from the current website to make sure different languages keep working fine. Our team of developers also made a custom recipe app as per the requirements of the client.
Post the completion of the user-friendly customizable backend, we made sure that the website loads faster and also configured it to keep it protected over the internet. Our testing team checked for bugs before making the site live. After completing the shopify upgrade to the latest version 2.0 for Hikki, we shifted ourselves to work on the SEO audit and implementation. Our team of SEO experts conducted an SEO audit for Hikki's website and found a list of pointers that had to be fixed. Our SEO and Content team together worked on writing fresh meta titles and descriptions that were SEO-friendly for the entire website. This helped us rectify the issues that were causing hindrances in the website's usability and organic traffic.
We did in-depth research and built a scope or call plan of action for the Hikki website upgrade and SEO audit implementation. Before we could work on the SEO audit, we had to first work on the theme upgradation requirement of the brand and introduce the shopify marketplace. Introducing the shopify marketplace will help the client manage and grow their online store more efficiently as it offers a wide range of applications and tools. After that, we started working on the brand design cohesion, development of the shopify sandbox, theme upgrade to the latest version, working on functionalities, responsive website development, and more. Our designers used the latest version of Flow Theme and designed it to match Hikki's current store page by page.
